Return, Repair, and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns of any kind. Each piece is hand crafted and unique to my hands. Crochet cannot be replicated by machine and must be done by hand.

I do my best to make sure each piece is perfect and made to last. However, I am a human and make mistakes like we all do. If you believe your piece was made with poor construction, please reach out via Contact page so we can set up a consultation for repair. Repairs will be a $50 fee for covering shipping costs and time for repairs. Larger repair may have additional costs due to severity and the time it will take for repairs. Wear and tear and mistreatment damage will not be covered. Please allow ample time for repair completion and shipping.
